About us

ADViCUM Industries is the investment platform of the ADViCUM partners.

However, we do more than just invest capital – our team’s extensive experience in restructuring and turnaround management can provide solutions to bring back a company on the success track.

This is indeed how we see ourselves – as business partners for our clients and a "good haven“ for the following situations:

• Restructuring and Turnaround
• Corporate Spin Off
• Bridge-to-Exit

Our target investment size is up to EUR 3 million per transaction; in cooperation with other strategic partners this limit can be considerably expanded. We act as medium- to long-term (co)owners. We are not an investment fund and therefore we are not forced to exit at the earliest convenient opportunity.
